He was telling him to take his hands out of his pockets over and over, and the guy refused. I've known a bouncer that almost got stabbed because a guy had a little pocket knife that he was able to open up right in his pocket and he took it out swinging...just do what cops say, especially when it's simple, like "hands out of pockets" or "step out of the car".
