Epsom Salt works by drawing water into the intestines. The Sea Salt water is the same specific gravity as human blood and ideally should flush through the entire digestive system without being absorbed into the blood stream.
If necessary you can take Epsom Salts during CC as laxative. It can be pretty harsh and should NOT be done everyday. Not only do you RISK getting dehydrated and messing up your electrolytes, epsom salts can leave you with very sore backside. Just ask regular liver flushers.

what i did i stopped eating about 2 pm, 6 pm drink very warm water, 2 tbs of epsom salt, stir, drink fast, do the same thing at 8 pm, and agian @ 10pm, then go lay down n go to sleep, about 6 am wake up and blow it out, DONT TRUST A FART!!! lol did u see her giggling in the video, she must have sharted on herself a few times =^)~

Dr Dean Edell said on his radio show that there's thousands of colonoscopes performed every day in America and every day doctors find nothing but healthy colons. So this idea that you need to cleanse your colon is a sham. It's people making money selling cleansing products.
