Who Owned this ship? Not NZ or phillipines they just crewed it I think. Whoever chartered it to transport cargo had only given $1 million to help with clean up where its gonna cost millions more to the people of NZ. What more do we have to put up with Earthquakes, Floods, rising petrol cost and now oil on our beaches. I hope it all stops soon.
