Wheelco Truck and Trailer Parts, 4904 W. 12th St., is in the midst of a two-phase multimillion dollar project. "We've outgrown this facility," said Steven Stich, president and chief executive of Wheelco. "We've been expanding year-over-year the last decade quite dramatically."
